Job summary

TGS International Group in Indianapolis, IN, seeks an experienced Construction Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects across North America. You will develop, maintain and analyse schedules across design to handover, coordinating with PMs, site teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 5–8 years in construction scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6, CPM knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for large-scale construction, design-build or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, work breakdown structures and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential).
• Knowledge of CPM, schedule analysis and earned value management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Professional scheduling certifications such as PSP or PMI-SP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, integrating design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules and identify critical path risks and potential delays.
• Prepare lookahead schedules, progress reports, schedule variance analysis and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders to validate progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Forecast project completion dates and resource requirements.
• Maintain accurate schedule records, revisions, baselines and change logs.
• Support project controls, risk assessments and delay analysis.
• Contribute to improving scheduling processes and best practices across project teams.
