Qualifikationen

• Technical college diploma or university degree in a related field.
• 5-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Aptitude and communications skills for independent senior scheduling work.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly.
• Aptitude for building relationships with project staff and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience with oil and gas construction projects.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to enterprise scheduling standards and develop schedules (WBS, etc).
• Update and detail schedules as projects progress through development and execution.
• Analyze schedule performance and inform the Project Manager of impacts.
• Develop and monitor schedule performance indicators.
• Provide technical advice on scheduling, planning, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for information requirements.
• Prepare and communicate schedules and reports for project completion.
