The role focuses on developing integrated CPM schedules with design, permitting, procurement, construction, testing and turnover milestones, validating logic and calendars, collecting field updates, and reporting progress and risks to project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience on projects over $25M.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong field sequencing and site-visiting ability.
• Willingness to travel to Phoenix-area project sites.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules with project teams.
• Incorporate design, permitting, procurement, construction milestones.
• Validate logic, durations, calendars, and subcontractor commitments.
• Collect field progress updates and evaluate critical path and milestones.
• Prepare schedule narratives and progress reports.
