Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduling Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL to provide scheduling leadership across active commercial projects. You will establish standards, develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and produce executive dashboards for portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated construction scheduling experience, preferably with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience using MS Project or Primavera P6 and strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, sequencing, procurement, and field operations.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Excellent communication across field and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction & Baseline Scheduling: develop baseline schedules aligned with contract requirements.
• Establish scheduling templates and guidelines in MS Project / Primavera P6.
• Review baseline logic and critical path activities for constructability.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and forecast completion.
• Develop recovery schedules and mitigation plans with PMs and Superintendents.
• Serve as central scheduling resource for office and field staff.
• Translate data into actionable insights and present KPIs to leadership.
• Provide training and coaching on scheduling best practices.
• Maintain visibility into portfolio performance and executive reports.
