Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support planning and delivery of complex construction projects. This onsite role collaborates with project and operations teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 proficiency, and a track record on large commercial builds. You will develop schedules, track progress, analyze risks and present updates to executives.

Job description

We are partnered with a leading commercial construction firm seeking an experienced Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex projects across a diverse portfolio, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education and mission-critical developments.

This is a fully onsite position, working closely with project and operations teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents and Operations teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking and forecasting.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support project pursuits and preconstruction teams with schedule development.
• Present schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure schedules accurately reflect project scope, sequencing and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods and sequencing.
