Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler based in Miami to lead scheduling efforts across $40M–$100M+ projects. You will manage a comprehensive schedule control system, integrating contractor schedules and ensuring alignment with project strategy.

You will partner with estimating, project management and field teams, develop viable schedules, troubleshoot issues, and produce owner reports. Strong MS Office and Primavera P6 skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years industry experience and at least 5+ years scheduling experience.
• Lean construction experience a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree relevant to construction is a major plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office; P6 proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive schedule control system and integrate contractor schedules into overall project schedule (projects ranging from $40M to $100M++).
• Partner with project team to deploy scheduling knowledge in preconstruction.
• Create P6 schedules and report schedule impacts to leadership.
• Mentor junior schedulers and oversee 3rd party schedulers.
