Job summary

Gainor Staffing, a growing staffing firm, seeks a Lead Scheduler to manage schedules across a portfolio of complex construction projects in data centers. You will partner closely with project teams and leadership to drive schedule performance and delivery from preconstruction through commissioning.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of construction scheduling, CPM scheduling expertise, and proficiency with Primavera P6 (MS Project a plus).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience
• CPM scheduling and schedule risk analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules from preconstruction through commissioning
• Analyze schedule performance, critical path activities, and potential delays
• Coordinate with project teams to validate progress and schedule accuracy
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Assess schedule risks, support recovery planning, and evaluate change impacts
• Standardize scheduling processes and mentor junior team members
