Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team in Tysons, VA. You will create, update, and maintain construction schedules, coordinate inputs, and deliver status reports for complex programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project scheduling, strong communication, and advanced skills in Primavera P6. This on-site role offers exposure to high-profile projects and the chance to influence project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in development, preparation, and baselining of project schedules.
• Knowledge of critical path analysis and scheduling practices.
• Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple sources and maintain master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports.
• Develop good working relationships with the project team.
• Implement project planning & scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Promote and maintain integration of contractor schedules within the program schedules.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analyses on integrated schedules.
• Identify constraints before work starts and support resource and logistics planning.
