Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Construction Scheduler to join our team to provide scheduling services to our clients. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the construction schedule.

The successful candidate will coordinate inputs from multiple sources, drive the master schedule, and deliver project status reports with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting Company and contractor roles.
• Promote integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program schedules.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project teams and contractors regarding schedule tracking.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on schedules.
