Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team to provide scheduling services to our clients. The ideal individual will have a good understanding of the project control’s function and will be primarily responsible for updating and maintaining the construction schedule.

You will coordinate inputs from multiple sources into a master schedule platform, deliver status reports, and develop scheduling strategy reflecting company and contractor roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a construction-related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis software, especially Primavera P6.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
• Develop and implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles and expectations.
• Promote and maintain the integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program schedules.
• Provide interface and QA to project functional groups and contractors regarding tracking and reporting of schedule performance.
• Support the project team in the implementation of an integrated enterprise-based cross-functional and EPC master schedule program.
• Preparing staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, where applicable.
