Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our team in Tysons, VA, to provide scheduling services for client projects. The role focuses on updating and maintaining the construction schedule and coordinating inputs from multiple sources into a master schedule platform.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 3–5 years of scheduling experience, including Primavera P6, with strong communication and critical path analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver status reports.
• Maintain and update the construction schedule; ensure integration with project master schedules.
• Provide interface and QA to project teams and contractors on schedule tracking and reporting.
• Support implementation of an enterprise cross-functional master schedule program.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic schedule analyses.
