Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our Lexington office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects and a bachelor’s degree.

Must understand the logic relationships among design, process, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling and building systems, and be proficient with process flow diagrams and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction scheduling for turnkey manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; understanding of design, process, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly during projects.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential positive/negative effects.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
