Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team in Lexington. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of scheduling experience in turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects and is proficient with MS Project and Primavera.

Candidates must be able to travel to jobsites and be physically present in the Lexington office. We value strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate across design, procurement, processing, and building systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience in turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must understand logic relationships between project components (design, proc, packaging, building systems).
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as necessary and be physically present in the Lexington office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, communicate, review, validate and interpret schedules during design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple projects.
• Maintain, update and issue schedules regularly throughout project duration.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential positive/negative effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
