Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Scheduler to develop and maintain software schedules across multiple construction projects. You will monitor progress against baselines, explain variances, and prepare trend reports for senior leadership.

You will mentor junior schedulers, develop standards, and collaborate with project teams to ensure plans stay current and achievable. This role requires strong scheduling software expertise and a track record in complex construction

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience in construction scheduling or related field.
• Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office.
• Ability to lead, oversee, and mentor others in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains schedules for assigned projects using critical path methods.
• Reviews schedule data, dates, costs, and structures for feasibility and accuracy.
• Interprets data to recommend efficient methods and process improvements.
• Communicates status and corrective actions with project teams and clients.
• Works with PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers to align schedules with plans.
• Develops project status reports and supports schedule integration with cost data.
• Ensures audit trails from project initiation to completion and maintains updates.
