Job summary

Manhattan Construction seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for major projects. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, demonstrating leadership, organization, time management, and strong client service skills.

This role focuses on projects over 100M, training schedulers, supporting resource and cost-loaded schedules, earned value reporting, and creating formal Basis of Schedule documents while partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis.
• 15 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, organize, and develop schedules for projects over 100M in magnitude.
• Lead project teams in schedule development.
• Train and develop schedulers.
• Perform TIAs as required.
• Support resource and cost-loaded schedules as required.
• Support earned value analysis and reporting.
• Create formal 'Basis of Schedule' documents.
• Ability to interact with clients as a key project team member.
