STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to oversee scheduling for educational/public works projects in the United States. You will supervise schedulers, interface with project managers, and ensure CPM schedules meet milestones and budgets.

You will review contractor baselines, perform QA/QC on submittals, and lead schedule discussions with owners and contractors. Strong reading of drawings and cost/schedule analysis are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and schedules.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain program schedules with milestones and constraints.
• Review baseline schedules and provide detailed comments.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals and assess critical path and resource loading.
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis for change orders and negotiate time settlements.
• Communicate progress in weekly status meetings with the project team.
