Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to provide scheduling services for client projects in an on-site role. The ideal candidate will update and maintain construction schedules, coordinate inputs, and deliver status reports with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, implementing planning strategies, and ensuring schedule integrity across the program suite. SOX controls may be involved where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in development, preparation, review, baselining of project schedules, with experience in critical path analysis.
• Experience with scheduling and risk analysis programs such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to maintain schedule integrity.
• Implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Promote integration of contractor schedules within the program's master schedule suite.
• Prepare staffing, engineering and construction progress and customized reports.
• Perform critical path analysis and probabilistic analysis on schedules.
