Job summary

Required eight years’ experience including two years in field construction, four years in scheduling; bachelor’s in CM, Civil, Mechanical or Architecture (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience including two years of field construction on large ground-up projects.
• Four years of experience in project scheduling and schedule development.
• Experience on commercial and residential projects; West Coast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop baseline schedules and provide updates.
• Manage implementation of schedules throughout the project life cycle.
• Review contracts for scheduling needs and profile critical timelines.
• Document delays and develop contingency options with the team.
