The role requires 8–10 years in planning and scheduling, strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Office, and 3D/4D scheduling tools, with ability to read drawings and lead scheduling sessions with stakeholders. We offer employee ownership and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of planning and scheduling principles, best practices, and techniques.
• Advanced understanding of the Critical Path Scheduling method in construction.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepares quantity take-offs and incorporates production analysis into the schedule.
• Communicates schedule updates to internal and external project stakeholders.
• Creates, maintains, and communicates both estimating and project schedules to the project team and district staff.
• Facilitates interactive planning and scheduling sessions with project stakeholders.
