Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent.
Ten (10) years of experience including four (4) years of field construction experience on large ground-up projects and a minimum of six (6) years in project scheduling.
Experience working on both commercial and residential projects, preferably on the west coast.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to ensure baseline schedules, provide schedule updates, and manage implementation throughout the life cycle of various project types.
Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented.
Develop contingency options with the team to accelerate schedule.
Review contracts for specific scheduling needs and profile critical timelines to ensure schedules show appropriate detail based on job site requirements.
Mentor junior Schedulers as needed.
