Job summary

Webcor is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Los Angeles to lead scheduling efforts for large-scale commercial and residential projects. You will develop and maintain baselines, monitor progress, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery throughout the life cycle. This role may supervise junior schedulers.

The position requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office, with a background in construction techniques and building systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/ME/Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience including 4 years of field construction on large ground-up projects.
• Minimum 6 years in project scheduling.
• Experience on commercial and residential projects, preferably on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop baseline schedules and provide updates.
• Manage implementation of schedules throughout project life cycles.
• Mentor junior schedulers as needed.
• Assist in documenting delays and profiling critical timelines.
