Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Scheduler 2 to develop and maintain complex project schedules. You will partner with the project team, review status on site visits and drive schedule integrity through baseline and ongoing updates.

The role requires 3+ years in planning and scheduling, strong skills with scheduling software, and the ability to train others. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with an office-based environment and potential travel.

• 3+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in all phases of planning and scheduling, including baseline and updates.
• Uses JE Dunn scheduling software and provides training support.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning sessions and generates reports.
