Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler in McKinney, TX to own CPM scheduling on large K12 and commercial projects. This on-site, permanent role focuses on building schedules from plans, coordinating with field teams, and driving critical path adherence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, expert MS Project skills, and a track record leading/mentoring schedulers. OSHA 30 required; PMI-SP/CCM a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction with strong CPM scheduling background.
• Experience leading or mentoring schedulers or project controls staff.
• OSHA 30 certification and ability to read drawings/specs.

Responsibilities

• Build complete CPM schedules from construction documents with minimal input.
• Develop preliminary/conceptual schedules from early designs.
• Manage multiple active project schedules and review logic/CP timelines.
• Identify risks early and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Communicate impacts of delays, changes, weather, or procurement to teams and leadership.
