Job summary

McCownGordon Construction is seeking a seasoned Scheduling professional in Plano to prepare, monitor, and revise project schedules. You will train teams, conduct critical path analyses, and support scheduling across pursuits and construction phases.

Responsibilities include jobsite consultations, schedule reviews, and data-driven schedule adjustments. The role also involves mentoring junior schedulers and collaborating with cross-functional teams on project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field or equivalent.
• PSP certification within a year of hire or promotion.
• 6 to 10+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of BIM, project management and estimating software.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, SharePoint and drawing management apps.
• Knowledge of SmartPM, PWA and P6 Primavera required.

Responsibilities

• Provides jobsite consultations to assist with project scheduling.
• Reviews schedules for adherence to project requirements and critical path.
• Performs time impact analysis and supports schedule adjustments.
• Trains and mentors scheduling staff and associates.
• Supports pursuit teams with schedule templates and data gathering.
