Job summary

Gray Construction in Lexington, KY is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. The role requires expert knowledge of schedule logic, PFDs/P&IDs, and the ability to drive sequencing across design, procurement, fabrication and construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in scheduling for manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong knowledge of project scheduling and coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera; ability to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
• Monitor trends and alert management as to possible effects of those trends.
• Required to travel to jobsites as necessary.
