Job summary

Gray is seeking an experienced scheduler with a minimum of 10 years in construction scheduling and a bachelor’s degree. The role focuses on integrating design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, and building systems for turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.

You will generate schedules from PFDs, P&IDs and traditional construction documents, and lead implementation across all project workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to understand turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.
• Experience generating schedules from PFDs and P&IDs and traditional construction documents.
• Strong leadership and cross‑workstream communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, communicate, review and interpret schedules during design, construction, commissioning and start‑up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Maintain and issue project schedules on a regular basis across all workstreams.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential impacts.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
