Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our Lexington office. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience and a bachelor’s degree, with a solid understanding of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects and related design documentation.

You will create and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera, coordinating across design, procurement, processing, packaging, and building systems, and leading cross-team

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with turnkey food & beverage manufacturing projects.
• Ability to generate schedules using PFDs, P&IDs and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation across design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly throughout project duration.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential schedule risks and opportunities.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
