Job summary

Gray is seeking a qualified scheduler with 10+ years’ experience and a bachelor’s degree to support turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate understands design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, and building systems, and can generate schedules from PFDs, P&IDs, and construction documents.

Must be proficient in MS Project and Primavera and communicate across workstreams. Must be in the Lexington office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.
• Ability to generate schedules from PFDs and P&IDs.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional communication.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and issue project schedules across design, construction, commissioning, and start‑up.
• Monitor schedule trends and alert management to changes.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
