Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Shelton, CT 06484 USA is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop project schedules for large or multiple smaller construction projects, using CPM logic. You will coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to track progress and forecast end-dates.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, creating look-ahead plans, and preparing monthly reports for ORM reviews. Knowledge of Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, and Change Inspector is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with minimum of 4 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules using CPM logic
• Collaborate with engineers and superintendents to confirm CIL and ROJ dates
• Prepare detailed schedules and align with VDC for coordination
• Create target comparison models and look-ahead schedules
• Provide monthly scheduling progress for ORM/meetings
• Update project schedule dashboards and recovery strategies
• Review and revise schedules based on Last Planner System
• Identify events impacting schedule and perform time impact analyses
• Generate scheduling reports for client requests
