Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience on large construction projects (>$50M).
• Proficient with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Familiar with earned value concepts and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large or complex projects and track progress against baseline.
• Collaborate with project teams to confirm CIL, ROJ dates, and procurement schedules.
• Create CPM logic-based baseline schedules and coordinate with VDC.
• Publish schedule deliverables and provide monthly updates for reviews.
• Identify schedule risks and develop recovery strategies.
