Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project control services.

The role involves developing IMS, establishing schedule management programs, interface with stakeholders, and applying EVM to measure progress. This position is based on a large capital program and requires strong analytical skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience on large-scale projects.
• Direct experience in complex matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' IMS.
• Establish schedule management program for large capital programs.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide guidance on scheduling.
• Prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approval.
• Conduct resource loading and leveling; assess critical path impacts.
• Apply EVM to measure project progress and report variances.
• Maintain records of scope changes and schedule discrepancies.
