Job summary

RG Construction Services is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage schedules for multiple commercial construction projects. The role is full-time and hybrid, with onsite work in Rochester, MN during portions of each month from 2027 through 2030.

The scheduler will coordinate with project teams, gather inputs, monitor progress, and produce reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed. Responsibilities include resource planning, incorporating change orders, and driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for construction with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and Excel.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and sequencing.
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester, MN.
• Familiarity with union construction environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for multiple commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather schedule inputs and track progress.
• Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and dashboards and communicate schedule status and risks to stakeholders.
• Support resource allocation planning and incorporate change orders and scheduling improvements.
