Job summary

WCM White Cap Management LLC is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to deliver and continuously improve training programs for newly hired Account Managers in the construction materials industry. You will lead in-person sessions, refine curriculum, and design hands-on demonstrations to build foundational sales skills and product knowledge, while ensuring a consistent, high-impact learning experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline is required.
• 5–8 years in a related field or MS/MA with 3–5 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructor-led training programs for newly hired Account Managers.
• Conducts sessions twice per month at a training facility.
• Develops and refines training curriculum to align with business needs.
• Designs learning components, including hands-on product demos and interactive exercises.
• Communicates best practices in construction supply sales and customer engagement.
• Delivers training on construction products to build foundational knowledge.
• Demonstrates strong presentation and facilitation skills with diverse audiences.
• Supports program delivery strategy to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
