Job summary

M.C. Dean in Frederick, MD is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health and Risk Management across multiple projects, developing and implementing site-specific safety plans and leading the ORM process.

Responsibilities include coordinating with GC and owners, advising on mitigation plans, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring OSHA compliance and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering S&H training and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of 1910/1926 OSHA standards and related safety programs.
• Ability to design site safety plans and ORM processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction S&H programs and ORM processes.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and risk controls.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site safety conditions.
• Lead meetings with customers and contractors on mitigation plans.
• Assist with Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract, plans, and specs.
