M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management for critical facilities.

You will develop site-specific safety plans, manage ORM activities, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and continuous safety improvements. Responsibilities include incident investigations, facilitating S&H training, and maintaining program budgets and permits while coordinating with GC/owners to implement mitigation measures across

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training; regulatory compliance expert knowledge of 1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1 Safety Management Systems.
• OSHA, DOT compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management.
• Develop and implement site-specific project safety plans.
• Lead the Operational Risk Management (ORM) team.
• Coordinate with GC/owner on site safety and mitigation plans.
• Conduct incident investigations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide S&H training programs and reports to project teams.
