Travelers in Chantilly, VA seeks an experienced Risk Control Consultant to support underwriting with hazard analysis, controls and risk management for large and complex accounts. You will write detailed risk assessments and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.

You will travel 20-50% to client sites, partner with Underwriting to select and grow a profitable book, and build productive relationships with Risk Control, Claims, brokers, and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in safety, risk control/management or related fields.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, ARM, CFPS or ability to obtain them.

• Maintain a field presence with 20%–50% onsite travel to customers.
• Partner with Underwriting to select, retain and grow profitable business.
• Build relationships with Underwriting, Claims, Risk Control and Brokers.
• Perform risk assessments for moderate to high complexity accounts.
• Write detailed risk assessment reports with clear recommendations.
• Identify loss drivers and provide mitigation solutions using Travelers resources.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and emerging risk topics.
• Deliver a valued customer experience during assessments.
