Job summary

Premier Resources Group (PRG) seeks a seasoned Risk Manager to lead risk management and compliance for a growing construction organization. You will oversee construction insurance, subcontractor prequalification, contractual risk transfer, and OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs while guiding project teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction risk management and/or commercial insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and construction-related risk.
• Experience with contractual risk transfer.
• Experience with subcontractor prequalification and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day risk management and compliance programs.
• Identify potential project and organizational risks and drive issues through resolution.
• Develop and strengthen risk management procedures, controls, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk and compliance processes.
• Partner with Operations, Legal, Accounting, Safety, and project teams on risk-related matters.
• Serve as a primary internal resource for construction risk and insurance questions.
• Oversee OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs from enrollment through reporting, audits, and closeout.
• Coordinate insurance claims and loss reporting through resolution.
