Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a Client Manager, Project Risk to broker and manage OCIP/CCIP programs across a portfolio of construction projects in the United States. You will coordinate with clients, brokers, carriers and internal teams to deliver compliant wrap-up solutions and high-quality service.

You will evaluate risk exposures, design coverage strategies, oversee enrollment, and monitor claims, payroll audits, and reporting to ensure accurate financials and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of wrap-up insurance or construction risk experience.
• Experience managing OCIP/CCIP programs.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Excess Liability.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Property & Casualty License is required.

Responsibilities

• Brokers OCIP/CCIP placements and manages client relationships.
• Reviews contracts and develops wrap-up manuals and documentation.
• Oversees contractor enrollment, compliance tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinates payroll audits, reporting, and administrative functions.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting, premiums, and collateral.
• Collaborates with brokers, carriers, underwriters, and TPAs.
