Job summary

PC Construction is seeking a Risk Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects in accordance with corporate strategies. You will administer builder’s risk, OCIP/CCIP, SDI, and other coverages while providing timely analysis and recommendations on insurance for contracts and leases.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of construction risk management or insurance experience, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of proven experience in construction risk management, insurance underwriting, or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market.
• Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze insurance requirements for bids and contracts.
• Identify and manage builder’s risk, OCIP/CCIP, and project-specific coverages.
• Review contracts and certificates of insurance for compliance and alignment with requirements.
• Maintain schedules of insurable assets, warranties, and program expirations.
• Coordinate enrollment and compliance for SDI and related programs with project teams.
• Collaborate with Corporate Safety to support workers’ comp panels and claims.
