Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Quality Manager III to lead site quality across a major industrial program in Utah. You will own the quality management system, audit program, and relationships with the owner's QA organization, directing QC staff and ensuring compliance across projects.

You will supervise Quality Managers and inspectors, drive nonconformance resolution, and report metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership of quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.
• Ability to establish and maintain a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Direct Quality Managers across multiple projects and oversee the audit program.
• Own the corrective-action program and manage CARs and NCR aging.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly and coordinate with owner QA teams.
