Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager III to lead quality across a multi-year program with QC staff and inspectors reporting to you.

You will own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, ensuring compliance with ISO and federal frameworks. The role includes directing audits, improving processes, and coaching staff on quality practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification (ICC, NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE).
• Experience with ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks; build QC on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system including plans, procedures, and audits.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and report metrics monthly.
