A Construction Quality Manager III directs quality across a major program — a multi-year industrial or infrastructure project, or several concurrent projects — with Quality Managers and inspectors reporting through you. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, the relationship with the owner's quality organization, and the development of every QC person on the program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality.
• 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus a senior certification: ICC special inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT quality assurance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits; own corrective-action program.
