Construction Quality Manager III position overseeing quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization.

You supervise Quality Managers and inspectors, coaching staff and ensuring every QC person is prepared for the program’s challenges. Pay ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 and involves audits, corrective actions, and travel as assigned.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C plus senior certification: ICC special inspector (multi), NICET Level IV, or ASQ CQA/CMQ-OE.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects; set coverage, review performance, and develop staff.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program; Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and lab/subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics — test pass rates, NCR aging, audit findings — to program leadership monthly.
