Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a multi-year program—whether a major project or several concurrent efforts. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, directing Quality Managers and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with 5+ years leading quality programs.
• Certified senior QC professional with specialized inspections.
• Experience applying owner quality programs under ISO 9001/NQA-1/DOT standards.
• Proven ability to build and sustain a QC organization on new programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and the audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program; approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
