Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program. You own the site quality management system, the audit program, and the relationship with the owner's quality organization, overseeing QC staff and inspectors.

You will lead internal audits, approve QC plans and ITPs, report metrics to program leadership, and coach staff. This on-site role in a multi-project setting offers long-term growth toward a director-level quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality with leadership experience.
• 5+ years directly managing quality programs and staff.
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA.
• Ability to build a QC organization on a new program.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the quality management system, audit schedule, and forms.
• Direct Quality Managers I and II across projects and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate owner/agency/third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action program and report quality metrics monthly.
• Approve quality control plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
