Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Construction Quality Manager II to lead the quality control program on large, multi-phase projects—heavy civil, industrial, or federal work under USACE or NAVFAC quality requirements. You will write the project QC plan, run three-phase QC meetings, and be the primary owner for test results and nonconformances.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction quality control or special inspection, including supervising inspectors.
• Experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DOT, or industrial owner quality programs.
• Writes clearly and communicates with owners and superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain the project quality control plan and get it accepted by the owner or agency.
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up phase meetings for every definable feature of work.
• Supervise QC inspectors and testing technicians; review their reports.
