Job summary

DEW Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager to develop, implement, and manage quality control systems across our projects. You will oversee inspections, coordinate third-party testing, and drive continuous improvement with project teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of QC experience in commercial/industrial settings, familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC contracts, and preferred CQM/OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction quality control, preferably in commercial, industrial, or federal projects.
• Experience with government contracts (USACE/NAVFAC) is a plus.
• Certifications such as USACE CQM and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs).
• Oversee inspections, materials, workmanship, and final products.
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspections.
• Prepare daily QA/QC reports and project status updates.
• Lead quality meetings and pre-construction planning meetings.
• Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare monthly QA/QC reports.
