Caddell Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for our construction projects. You will implement the QC program, inspect materials, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and document results.

Requires a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, professional engineer registration or licensed architect, 10 years construction experience and at least 4 years as a QC Manager, familiarity with EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance.

Qualificações

• Engineer/Architect/CM degree required.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• At least 4 years as a QC Manager.
• PE or Architect licensure preferred.
• Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements.
• Hazard identification and safety compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and administer the quality control program per the project QC Manual.
• Identify QC problems and propose corrective solutions; ensure deficiencies are not concealed.
• Ensure company standards are followed; notify corporate of QC issues.
• Coordinate with owner, regulatory agencies, subcontractors and internal departments on QC matters.
• Perform, schedule, and witness inspections and testing; document results.
• Issue reports to subs and define remediation requirements for deficiencies.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented for noncompliance.
• Review work for compliance; maintain contract documents, drawings, specs, RFIs and submittals.
• Inspect materials, equipment and workmanship; develop punch lists and final inspections.
