Doyon Government Group seeks a qualified Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) / Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) to oversee quality programs on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects. The role requires 7+ years of construction experience and 3+ years as a QCM on federal projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional construction experience.
• 3+ years as a QCM on USACE or NAVFAC projects.
• Experience implementing a three-phase QC plan.
• Strong knowledge of contract specs and federal construction requirements.
• Proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, documentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project QC Plan and safety per contract requirements.
• Perform daily quality inspections and coordinate required testing.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, SSHOs, and subcontractors on DFOW.
• Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation.
• Track and resolve deficiencies through corrective actions and follow-up inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and quality records.
