Job summary

Jobot seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC on commercial projects in Fairfax, VA. This full-time, on-site role develops and manages quality and safety programs, ensuring final products meet contract documents and industry standards.

You will conduct site inspections, review submittals, and use BlueBeam, Procore, and LEED tools to track progress. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field staff to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial general contracting experience.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam, LEED, Procore.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control and safety programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety.
• Review and approve submittals per contract documents.
• Utilize BlueBeam, LEED, Procore to track schedule.
• Evaluate means/methods to meet specs.
• Coordinate with PMs and engineers to resolve issues.
• Prepare quality reports and performance metrics.
• Promote safety and quality culture on site.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve QC.
